Q: Why should I choose a professional cleaning
service to clean my home?
A: When hiring a cleaning person / company you are
inviting someone into your home which is one of the
biggest investments that you will ever make. We
recommend that you hire only persons or companies that
have taken the time to consider your needs by having a
hand in protecting you in case of accident or loss.
Anyone can gather some cleaners and a vacuum and call
themselves a cleaner…..However, only a professional will
be able to provide you with proof of their liability
insurance and bond. Also, we recommend that you only
work with those who take the time to learn the proper
cleaning techniques for today’s modern surface, as so
many of them can be damaged by improper cleaning.
Q: Are you insured and bonded?
A: We carry a 1,000,000 dollar liability insurance
policy and a 5,000 dollar fidelity bond. This insurance
protects you from any type of damage or loss that may
occur in your home. Proof of insurance can be provided
upon request.
Q: Is my key safe?
A: Your key will never have your name and address on
it. All keys are coded and secure when not being used to
access your home for cleaning.
Q: When do you clean?
A: Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to
4:30 pm. Although we do not normally work on Saturdays
we can occasionally arrange to do so for one time, move
in/out or special event cleanings. We will need at least
48-72 hours notice for a Saturday cleaning.
Q: Will I always have the same person or team
cleaning my home?
A: Having the same person or team every visit is
extremely efficient because they know the routine and
your expectations. The only time a regular staff member
wouldn't be there would be due to illness or vacation.
Every attempt is made to provide you with a substitute.
Q: Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
A: We bring all our own cleaning products and
supplies. Our products are 100% natural, non-toxic
cleaners. They are effective and environmentally
friendly. We ask you to provide a toilet brush and
vacuum.
Q: How much will my cleaning cost?
A: Every home is different; we like to meet with you
in your home to discuss what your wants and needs are.
An average-sized home around 1,500-2,400 square feet
varies between $75 and $100 dollars per visit, assuming
it is for maintenance cleaning. Deep cleanings, one-time
only, move in/out cleanings and first time visits are
priced by the hour. |
